Weʼre excited to announce our brand new internship scheme, which will see us take on one intern for each of the four core areas of our business: Customer Support, , Booking Management, and Administrative Tasks.
The internships will run for three to six months, and will be a unique opportunity to learn what itʼs really like to work in the flamenco industry and help you take the first step in your career within the cultural business. Successful candidates will benefit from free entry to our shows for the duration of the internships, along with free flamenco masterclasses.
Each intern will work on their own individual project within their department and will present this, to the Flamenco Dance Museumʼs Director, Dr. Kurt Grötsch, at the end of their internship.
We want to have the smartest, freshest talent and help future industry leaders take their first steps into the cultural business. This is a serious search for the next generation of top talent which will test and develop the candidateʼs creativity, work ethic and ability to collaborate.
Applicants have a three-week window to apply emailing us at: email@example.com and/or firstname.lastname@example.org, with a 140 character cover letter to creatively demonstrate why they should be selected. Please paste all in the body of the email, no attachments or links.
Applicants are then invited to share this on social media channels using the hashtag #FlamencoNeedsMe.
The strongest applicants will then be invited to submit their CVs and the top 40 will be invited in for a formal skype assessment and interview. Successful interns will be considered for a full time role intership performance.
